1.High precision and stability
The equipment adopts a 400H steel frame structure, a 20mm thick middle plate, and an 95mm central axis design to ensure strong rigidity, smooth operation, and small forming errors of the whole machine, meeting the strict requirements of container structural strength.
2.Automated control
Equipped with PLC programmable control system and touch screen operation interface, it realizes full computer control, supports fixed pressure and fixed range pressing, adjustable molding speed (such as 8-12 m/min), pressing pressure and stroke, and adapts to various specifications of production.
3.Strong customization ability
Support customized processing, with raw material thickness adapted to 3mm, adjustable feeding width, and the ability to customize columns of different lengths and cross-sectional shapes according to customer needs, meeting the production needs of non-standard parts.
4.Efficient and energy-saving
The main motor power is generally between 11kW. The hydraulic system adopts plug-in valve technology, which has high transmission efficiency and low energy consumption. At the same time, it is equipped with a mobile worktable for easy mold replacement and improves production efficiency.
