Production process:

The production process of the vertical seam roof tile forming machine is scientific and efficient, with full automation control. The main steps are as follows:

Step 1: Uncoiling and feeding – Place the rolled metal coil (color coated coil, galvanized coil or aluminum coil) on the hydraulic unwinding machine, and unfold the coil through the unwinding machine.

Step 2: Feed Guidance – The unfolded metal sheet smoothly enters the main forming machine through the feed guidance platform, ensuring accurate positioning and uniform tension of the sheet before entering the rolling process.

Step 3: Roll forming – The sheet is sequentially passed through 14 forming rollers, gradually forming a predetermined Standing Seam plate shape during continuous cold bending roll forming process. This process is the core link of the entire production line, determining the cross-sectional accuracy and quality of the finished board.

Step 4: Cut to Length – The formed continuous sheet is automatically cut to a predetermined length by a hydraulic cutting device under the precise control of the PLC system. Cutting is done using post cutting method, with no waste generated.

Step 5: Finished product output – The cut Standing Seam roof panels can be output through the discharge platform and enter the packaging or directly used for on-site installation.
