Traditional methods require transporting long water troughs from the factory to the base, which is not only difficult to transport but also prone to damage. The mobile molding machine, however, can produce and use the troughs on-site in the greenhouse. The troughs are molded in one piece, without joints or intermediate connections, completely solving the problems of long-distance transportation and storage. It can also be customized to fit the specific length of each farmland, significantly saving logistics and installation costs.

2. One machine, multiple models, flexible adaptation
By changing or adjusting the roller molds, one machine can produce planting troughs with different cross-sectional shapes (U-shaped, V-shaped, trapezoidal) and various width and height dimensions (width adjustable from 150-600mm). other specially designed cross-section troughs can even be flipped for use, flexibly meeting the hanging or vertical cultivation needs of different crops such as strawberries, tomatoes, cucumbers, bell peppers, and flowers.

During cold bending, the substrate experiences no tensile deformation, effectively protecting the anti-corrosion coating (such as fluorocarbon coating) on the metal surface. Combined with a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) and touchscreen human-machine interface, cutting accuracy reaches ±1mm, and cross-sectional accuracy is controlled within ±0.5mm, ensuring excellent structural strength of the finished water tank and preventing leaks at joints. Some high-end models also feature an intelligent control system supporting remote monitoring and fault diagnosis.
