The Automatic Steel Scaffold Plank Roll Forming Machine is an automated device that continuously processes metal coil materials (primarily galvanized steel coils) into specialized metal footplates for construction scaffolding. The entire production line, from uncoiling, leveling, servo feeding, punching, rolling forming to hydraulic length cutting, integrates the processing of anti-slip holes, drainage holes, and reinforcing ribs in a single operation. The produced footplates are widely used in high-altitude work scenarios such as construction and industrial maintenance.
