ZTRFM Size Adjustment Automatically Perforated Cable Tray Production Line is an automated cold bending equipment specifically designed for producing metal cable trays (ladder, tray, groove). It can roll and form metal materials such as steel coils into the required tray groove body, ladder edge or cover plate in one go. The equipment mainly consists of an unwinding and discharging rack, a leveling device, a punching/cutting device, a cold bending forming host, a receiving platform, and a PLC electrical control system.

1.One time molding with high precision:
From the coil to the finished product, all processes such as punching, molding, and cutting are completed online in one go, avoiding errors caused by multiple processes. The molded product has good flatness and precise hole positions.
2.High degree of automation, labor-saving:
The entire production line is centrally controlled by PLC, and after setting the parameters, it can operate continuously and automatically. With only a few personnel needed for loading, unloading, and monitoring, large-scale production can be easily achieved.
3.Low energy consumption and controllable cost:
using cold bending technology, the energy consumption is lower compared to hot processing. The rolling mill usually uses wear-resistant bearing steel (such as GCr15) and undergoes heat treatment, which has a long service life. The modular design of the equipment also facilitates the later replacement of board types and expansion of production scope.
4.Strong rigidity of the product:
After cold bending and hardening, the formed bridge structure has high strength. Some devices are also equipped with online welding or reinforcement pressing functions to further enhance their load-bearing capacity.
