The Fully Automatic Anchor Rod Roll Forming Machine is a high-precision fully automatic anchor rod forming equipment designed specifically for mining tunnels, tunnel engineering, and geotechnical support fields. •  Coal mine roadway support

The stability of the surrounding rock in the coal mining process is directly related to the safety production of the mine. The pipe seam anchor rod can immediately apply radial pressure to the hole wall after installation, and the anchoring force will significantly increase in the later stage under conditions such as blasting vibration and rock anchoring displacement. 1.Uncoiler/Unloading Rack: Used for carrying and stably releasing steel strip coils. Usually it is a hydraulic uncoiler, but some models also use a 3-ton manual uncoiler.

2.Guiding and Straightening Device: Ensure that the steel strip enters the forming area smoothly and stably.

3.Forming Unit: composed of multiple sets of precision designed horizontal and vertical rollers. By continuous rolling, the steel strip is gradually rolled into a circular tube with longitudinal seams.

4.Straightening Device: Accurately control the outer diameter and roundness of the formed anchor rod and eliminate bending.

5.Welding device: uses high-frequency current to weld the longitudinal seam of the anchor rod.

6.Cutting Device: During the continuous movement of the anchor rod, a flying saw or hydraulic shearing device is used for synchronous cutting to a fixed length.

7.Collection Table: Used for collecting and temporarily storing finished anchor rods after cutting.

8.PLC Electrical Control System: As the “brain” of the equipment, it controls the speed and cutting length of the entire line through the PLC system, and monitors the operating status and fault alarms in real time.

9.Hydraulic system: provides power for processes such as cutting and shrinking.

10.Shrinking Machine: Shrinking the end of the anchor rod to facilitate subsequent installation of trays and nuts.
