The equipment integrates the entire process of “coil feeding → automatic leveling → CNC punching → continuous forming → cutting to length → finished product stacking” without manual intervention. Compared to traditional equipment, it can reduce 2-3 operators and continuously produce without interruption. The daily (8-hour) production capacity can reach 8-15 tons, which is more than 50% more efficient than manual assisted processing and completely solves the low efficiency dilemma of “people waiting for machines, machines waiting for others”. ​
2. Intelligent and fast changeover, flexible response to multi specification requirements
Equipped with PLC intelligent control system, it supports one click switching between C-shaped steel (100-300mm) and Z-shaped steel (120-350mm) dual models, reducing mold adjustment time to within 15 minutes (traditional equipment takes 2 hours). Built in 50+commonly used specification parameter templates in the industry, capable of storing customized size data to meet the differentiated production needs of steel structure factories (large-span steel), photovoltaic brackets (thin-walled steel), and shelves (special-shaped hole steel). ​
3. High precision molding, stable and controllable quality
Using a servo feeding system (feeding accuracy ± 0.1mm) and precision forming molds, the verticality error of the finished steel flange is ≤ 0.5mm, and the flatness error of the web plate is ≤ 0.3mm, fully complying with the GB/T 12755-2016 “Light Steel Keels for Buildings” standard. Simultaneously equipped with online detection devices, real-time monitoring of dimensional deviations, automatic warning and adjustment to avoid the production of non-conforming products, and material utilization rate increased to 97% (about 90% for traditional processes). ​

1. Steel structure construction field
For large-span buildings such as factories, warehouses, and sports halls, the equipment can produce high-strength CZ steel with a thickness of 1.5-6mm. After forming, the compressive strength of the steel is increased by 15%, which is suitable for the main load-bearing frame of the steel structure and helps shorten the construction period of the project (such as reducing the processing period of steel for a 10000 square meter factory building from 7 days to 3 days). ​
2. Photovoltaic bracket field
Support continuous forming of thin-walled steel (thickness 1.0-2.5mm), precise control of hole spacing (error ≤ 0.2mm), to meet the rapid assembly needs of photovoltaic brackets on site. The equipment is compatible with coils made of different materials such as hot-dip galvanizing and color coating. 3. Storage shelving field
Customized shaped CZ steel with reinforcing ribs can be used to enhance the load-bearing capacity of shelf shelves (single layer load-bearing capacity increased from 500kg to 1200kg). By using CNC cutting to achieve “on-demand production” and reducing waste of scraps (saving material costs of about 800-1500 yuan per batch), it is suitable for high-frequency shelving needs such as e-commerce and cold chain.
