This equipment uses servo feeding combined with high-speed hydraulic punching machines to accurately punch out various types of column hole patterns – butterfly holes, eight character holes, diamond holes, circular holes, etc. – before forming, which can be customized. After punching, it enters the rolling mill for continuous forming, ensuring consistent hole spacing and precise hole diameter from the root, completely eliminating the accumulated errors caused by traditional secondary punching.

2. Multi pass progressive molding, with a regular cross-section
The cross-sectional shape of the column is complex, usually consisting of multiple reinforcing ribs, bent edges, and hanging tooth structures. The equipment is equipped with 16 to 24 forming rolls and adopts a progressive cold bending process to ensure smooth deformation of the strip steel step by step, avoiding distortion and cracking caused by stress concentration. The precision of the cross-sectional dimensions of the finished column can reach ± 0.5mm, with excellent straightness, fully meeting the stringent requirements of the shelving industry for component interchangeability.

Equipped with PLC intelligent control system and touch screen human-machine interface, production parameters can be visualized and adjusted, making it simple and easy to operate.
