2.High precision cold bending forming, stable quality
A multi pass rolling mill (usually 12 passes) made of high-quality alloy steel (such as Cr12MoV), which is precision machined, undergoes heat treatment and hard chromium coating treatment to ensure that the mold is wear-resistant and does not deform. The angle error of the formed angle steel is ≤± 0.5 °, the accuracy of the cross-sectional dimensions is ± 0.1mm, and the straightness per meter does not exceed 1mm. The product has no distortion or wavy edges, fully meeting the strict requirements of drywall installation.

3.Integrated online punching and cutting, eliminating the need for secondary processing
The traditional process requires forming first and then punching separately, which not only has low efficiency, but also has large hole position errors. This machine synchronously completes punching during the forming process (hydraulic or high-speed rotary punching methods can be used), and the long and round holes punched out are smooth and free of burrs, which can be directly used for connecting rods. Cutting is done using servo cutting or hydraulic cutting, with high length accuracy and a smooth cut. The finished product can be directly packaged and stored without further processing.

4.Efficient continuous production with low energy consumption
The molding speed can reach 0-20 meters per minute, and the single shift production capacity (8 hours) can reach 5-20 tons. The cold bending process does not require heating and is more energy-efficient than traditional hot rolling or bending methods. At the same time, the continuous coil feeding method significantly reduces head and tail waste, and the material utilization rate is close to 100%.

5.One machine for multiple uses, flexible changeover
By replacing the roller box or some of the rollers, the same host can produce various drywall profiles such as equal/unequal angle steel, Ω – groove, U-shaped keel, etc. Advanced models can shorten the changeover time to 0-20 minutes, suitable for multi variety and small batch production modes, helping manufacturers flexibly respond to market changes.
