The equipment body adopts a heavy-duty H-beam welded structure, which has undergone aging annealing treatment and has good rigidity and wear resistance. The configured rolling mill adopts Gcr15 bearing steel quenching treatment, with a hardness of HRC58-62, ensuring that the formed purlins have clear edges and size standards, and the bending bearing capacity far exceeds the level of peers.
