1. Dual use, quick switching
Traditional equipment replacement takes several hours and even requires lifting assistance. This equipment is equipped with a hydraulic automatic vertical roller conversion mechanism, which only takes 3-5 minutes to switch between C-type and Z-type, completely eliminating tedious manual operation and greatly improving equipment utilization.
2. Servo control, precise punching
Adopting high-precision servo motor driven feeding system, combined with mold punching or hydraulic punching device, the hole positioning error is controlled within ± 1mm. Whether it is an elliptical hole, circular hole, or irregular hole, it can be accurately completed according to the set program to meet the assembly needs of different connectors.
3. High strength materials with large bearing capacity
The equipment body adopts a heavy-duty H-beam welded structure, which has undergone aging annealing treatment and has good rigidity and wear resistance. The configured rolling mill adopts Gcr15 bearing steel quenching treatment, with a hardness of HRC58-62, ensuring that the formed purlins have clear edges and size standards, and the bending bearing capacity far exceeds the level of peers.
