Equipment Introduction:
The Hevey Duty Z Purline with Multi-punching stations Z purlin making machine has achieved fully automated production from raw materials to finished products. The standard process flow mainly includes the following steps:
1.Automatic feeding: Roll up steel strips (such as galvanized steel strips) are loaded into passive loading racks, automatically unfolded, and fed into the main machine.
2.Leveling and Forming: The steel strip is first subjected to a leveling device to eliminate internal stress, and then continuously rolled by multiple sets of precision designed forming rollers to be precisely bent into a Z-shaped cross-section.
3.Automatic punching (optional): According to the preset program, automatically punch connection holes for installation on the formed Z-shaped steel.
4.Cut to length: The equipment automatically cuts the steel section according to the set length through hydraulic or servo system, and the cut is flat.
5.Finished product output: The processed Z-shaped steel is automatically transported and stacked, waiting for transportation or installation.
The entire process is centrally managed by a PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) intelligent control system, and operators only need to input parameters on the console, greatly reducing manual intervention and ensuring product consistency and accuracy.
