The High Quality PLC Controlled Ridge Cap Roll Forming Machine is an automated forming equipment specifically designed for the production of roof tiles, which are specialized covering parts for building ridges. It uses color steel plates, galvanized plates, aluminum alloy plates, resin plates, etc. as raw materials, and processes them through customized roll forming or compression molding processes to produce ridge tile products with special structures such as arc, corner, and bite. The core function of the ridge tiles produced by it is to seal the gaps between the roof ridges, prevent rainwater leakage, and have both decorative (adaptable to different architectural styles) and structural reinforcement functions. They are widely used in the ridge construction of various types of buildings such as residential buildings, villas, industrial plants, antique buildings, and large venues.

1. Strong customization ability:
It is possible to quickly switch the production of roof tiles with different shapes, sizes, and angles by replacing the forming roller set (roller pressing) or mold (compression molding). The replacement cycle is short (roller set takes 2-3 hours, mold takes 1-2 hours), adapting to diverse building needs. ​

2. High molding accuracy:
The roller press type machine uses high-precision forming rollers (processing accuracy IT6 level) and servo transmission to ensure that the curvature error of the ridge tile is ≤ 0.5mm; the molded type machine adopts hydraulic pressure holding and shaping, with a clear texture of ≥ 95%, and the finished product is installed and spliced tightly without water leakage gaps. ​

3. Compatible with multi material production:
It can produce both thin specification metal roof tiles (0.3-1.0mm) and thick specification resin/metal roof tiles (0.8-2.0mm) to meet the strength, weight, and weather resistance requirements of different buildings for roof tiles (such as using stainless steel roof tiles for seaside buildings, which are corrosion-resistant). ​

4. High degree of automation:
Full process CNC control, capable of setting production quantity, length, angle and other parameters. The production process does not require manual intervention, only 1-2 people are needed to monitor the operation of the equipment. Compared with traditional manual production (efficiency 0.5-1 piece/h), the production efficiency is increased by 50-100 times.
