The Corrugated Metal Roof Panel Making Machine for Roofing is a fully automated CNC device specifically designed for producing metal roof panels with curved profiles. It eliminates the need for secondary bending, with the entire process—from material feeding, cold bending, precise curvature control, to fixed-length cutting—driven by the CNC system. A flat steel or aluminum coil is fed into the machine, and the output is ready-made tiles with smooth, uniform curvature, directly suitable for installation.

Application scenario: Transforming the “roof” of landmark buildings into a scenic feature
If architecture is frozen music, then the curved roof is its most dynamic melody. The tiles produced by this equipment are transforming the skylines of the following scenes:
• Sports venues and exhibition centers:
The super-long-span arched roof of stadiums and the undulating ribbon roof of convention centers require curved continuous panels for long-distance, seamless installation—precisely where this machine excels. The edge-locking process forms a 360-degree rolled edge, achieving structural waterproofing.
• Airports and High-Speed Rail Stations:
The streamlined dome of the terminal building serves as a symbolic gateway to the city. The equipment can produce aluminum-magnesium-manganese fan-shaped curved panels, meeting the requirements for hyperbolic surface designs, offering lightweight, corrosion-resistant properties, and eliminating the need for paint maintenance.
• Alien Commercial Complex:
The curved cornice around the skylight of the shopping mall or the spiraling roof of the art center, with the ability to switch between small batches and multiple curves quickly through equipment, reduces customization costs.
• Green Industrial Architecture:
In modern industrial facilities pursuing aesthetic appeal, particularly in skeletal structures for air-membrane buildings and material yard enclosures, the curved equipment-formed color-rolled steel plates enable large-span self-supporting arc-shaped enclosures at extremely low costs.

Core features: The perfect balance of precision and flexibility
The challenge in forming arc-shaped tiles lies in “achieving both rigidity and curvature without damaging the coating.” Our equipment resolves this contradiction through the following breakthroughs:
1.Fully Servo CNC Arc Control System
The curvature is by no means a “miracle of brute force.” By directly adjusting the extrusion amount via servo motor drive, the curvature can be continuously regulated with precision controlled at the millimeter level. Whether it’s a small arch with a 3-meter diameter or a large arc spanning 30 meters, simply input the parameters on the touchscreen, and the system automatically calculates the forming curve. It can store hundreds of arc recipes, enabling one-click mold switching.

2.”Zero Scratch” Cantilever Roller Coating
For expensive precision plates such as fluorocarbon spray-coated panels and aluminum-magnesium-manganese plates, a cantilever structural design is adopted, with rollers only contacting the back and edges of the plates. This completely eliminates the risk of surface scratches common in traditional box-type structures, ensuring a mirror-like finish on the finished product.

3.High-strength double-layer roller frame, deformation-free
The forming force of the arc plate is complex, and ordinary structures are prone to “tool deflection.” We employ thickened double-layer wall panels and short-axis-distance heavy-duty rollers, ensuring each pass of the rolling mill has independent support, maintaining excellent rigidity and stability even under high-intensity continuous operation.

4.Intelligent Fixed-Length and Urgent Processing System
The encoder measures the advancing length of the sheet in real time, while the cutting blade synchronizes its movement to achieve precise cross-cutting. The resulting cut is smooth and burr-free, preserving the sheet’s curvature. For through-hole plates (high-end sheet types with no exposed screws after edge locking), it ensures scratch-free conveying.
