Equipment Introduction: Automated Transformation from Coil to Keel

The U-shaped keel forming machine belongs to a type of cold bending forming machine. The core working logic is to gradually bend and shape the raw materials (usually continuous hot-dip galvanized strip) through a series of densely arranged rolling mill molds at room temperature, and finally cut them into U-shaped keel products of the required length.
A standard U-shaped keel forming production line usually consists of a discharge machine, a feeding guide device, a main roll forming machine, a hydraulic cutting device, and a finished product receiving platform. Modern models are commonly equipped with PLC control systems (programmable logic controllers). Operators only need to input parameters on the touch screen, and the machine can automatically complete the entire process from feeding to cutting off.
