Selection of Lace, Straight Edge, and Pressing Depth for Glazed Tiles

In the world of glazed tiles, there are two major types of edges – straight edges without cutting lace, and those with beautiful cut lace. As the first section of the eaves, lace adds a touch of elegance to the tiles. However, due to the wastage involved, many customers opt for the cost-effective option of straight edges.

To cater to the needs of customers who prefer lace edges, we utilize a set of molds in our machines to cut the lace and also remove the small edges to create the desired effect.

When it comes to pressing depth, different countries have varying requirements. Our machines can accommodate the maximum molding depth of 35mm, as well as smaller depths of 10mm, depending on the specific customer needs.

Deeper pressing depth results in greater material wastage, however, it also produces a stronger three-dimensional effect that is incredibly beautiful. At our company, we offer a range of pressing depth options to accommodate the varying needs of our esteemed customers.
