Core functions and process flow：
1.Automatic feeding and leveling:
uncoiling and leveling the cold-rolled steel sheet in coil shape to eliminate internal stress in the material.
2.Servo punching:
Before or during roll forming, high-speed punching machines are used to punch installation holes at set intervals, with hole accuracy controlled at the millimeter level to ensure that there is no misalignment during shelf assembly.
3.Cold bending forming:
The flat plate is gradually bent into specific C-shaped, H-shaped, or irregular sections through multiple passes (usually 18-30 passes) of precision rollers.
4.Fixed length cutting:
Using hydraulic tracking cutting or flying saw technology, the finished product is cut to a set length without stopping the machine, with a smooth and burr free cut.
Application Scenarios：
1. Retail stores and supermarket displays
This is the most direct application area of the device. The columns produced by supermarket shelf column equipment usually have regular “butterfly holes” or “diamond holes” for quick hanging of shelves and accessories.
Large comprehensive supermarkets require equipment with high stability, and the columns produced need to be matched with epoxy resin electrostatic spraying technology to prevent corrosion, rust, and adapt to various color customization, meeting the aesthetic needs of the store.
2. Warehouse logistics and industrial storage
With the development of new retail, there has been an increase in front store and back warehouse or warehouse style stores, which has significantly increased the load-bearing requirements for shelves and promoted the application of heavy-duty column equipment.
