Equipment Process Flow:

The complete production process of the High-Strength Storage Shelf Upright Forming Line – Advanced Cold Roll Technology:

Step 1: Uncoiling and Unwinding
Metal coils (cold-rolled coils, galvanized coils, etc.) are uncoiled using an unwinding device. The outer diameter of the coil can reach Φ1250mm.

Step 2: Leveling and Guiding
The uncoiled metal strip undergoes leveling treatment by a leveling device to eliminate coil stress and surface unevenness, providing a flat sheet for subsequent processing. A guide frame corrects and guides the strip.

Step 3: Servo Feeding and Punching
The leveled strip is fed into the punching station by a high-precision servo feeding system. Automatic continuous punching is performed according to the preset hole shape (round hole, diamond hole, etc.) and hole spacing. The hole position deviation can be controlled within 0.3mm.

Step 4: Cold Bending and Forming
The punched strip enters the forming machine and is continuously rolled by multiple sets (usually 16-28 passes) of precision rollers, gradually bending and deforming it to the designed cross-sectional shape at room temperature. The forming process proceeds at a uniform speed, ensuring product dimensional accuracy and surface quality. Dimensional accuracy can be strictly controlled within ±0.5mm.

Step 5: Cutting to Length
Once the continuously formed rack uprights reach the preset length, a hydraulic or servo-driven cutting system automatically completes the cutting to length. The cutting accuracy can reach ±1mm, meeting order requirements for different length specifications. Some models can be equipped with an automatic stacker crane to automatically receive the cut uprights and stack them.
