PRODUCT

Aluminum and Steel Door Window Frame Roll Forming Machine is a specialized automation equipment that efficiently processes metal coil (steel or aluminum) into precision door and window frame profiles through continuous cold bending process. The core principle is to sequentially pass the metal strip through a multi component roller, gradually bend it through each pass, and finally obtain the desired cross-sectional shape.

Equipment Introduction:

This device is an automated production line that integrates multiple functional modules, and its standard workflow is as follows:

1.Uncoiler: Place coiled metal materials (steel coils, aluminum coils, etc.) on the uncoiler.

2.Leveling: Using a leveling device to eliminate internal stress in metal strips, ensuring their flatness and preparing for precise forming.

3.Roll Forming: This is the core process. The metal strip is gradually and continuously bent into the designed profile section through multiple passes (usually 12 to 18 or more) of forming rollers.

4.Punching&Cutting: After continuous forming, the equipment can punch installation holes, lock holes, etc. on the profile according to the program, and cut them into preset lengths.

5.Output: The final product is output through a conveyor platform to complete production.

Main application scenarios:

The profiles produced by this equipment are widely used in the fields of construction and industry

• Building doors and windows:
used for producing various steel or aluminum door and window frames, including fireproof door frames, anti-theft door frames, etc.

• Curtain wall and partition:
It is an important equipment for producing building curtain wall support structures and light steel keel partition skeletons.

• Industrial and commercial facilities:
widely used in the manufacturing of doors, windows, and frame structures in industrial plants, warehouses, supermarkets, hotels, and other places.

• Other profiles:
By replacing the rollers, this equipment can also be used to produce various metal profiles such as furniture metal frames and HVAC pipe supports.

Core Features:

1.Wide material compatibility:
The equipment can flexibly handle various metal materials, including galvanized steel, stainless steel, color coated steel, aluminum, etc. The thickness range of machinable sheet metal is very wide, usually between 0.2mm and 3.0mm.

2.High molding accuracy:
Thanks to the PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) control system and precise roller design, the finished product accuracy can reach ± 0.1mm.

3.Fast production efficiency:
The molding speed can usually reach 8-15 meters per minute, and some high-speed models can even reach 30 meters per minute.

4.Highly automated and intelligent:
controlled by PLC and touch screen human-machine interface (HMI). Operators can easily set product size, speed, and cutting length, and the equipment runs automatically, greatly reducing manual intervention.

5.Flexible customization, multi-purpose:
By replacing or adjusting some rollers, one machine can produce door and window frames with different cross-sectional shapes (such as C-shaped, U-shaped, etc.). Additional functions such as pre punching and automatic stacking can also be integrated to enhance the level of automation.
