Automatic Light Steel Keel Stud and Track Drywall C U Channel Roll Forming Machine is an automated cold bending equipment specifically used for producing building light steel keels. It uses roll forming technology to continuously process galvanized steel strips or coils into C-shaped and U-shaped metal keels. These keels are the core skeleton of the light steel partition wall and ceiling system, providing support for decorative materials such as gypsum board and mineral wool board.

• Indoor partition wall system
C-type keel (also known as vertical keel) is used in conjunction with U-shaped keel (also known as sky and earth keel or guide rail) to form a light steel skeleton, with gypsum board and other boards covering both sides, forming a non load bearing indoor partition wall. This type of wall has the advantages of light weight, fast construction, and easy pipeline laying, and is widely used for internal space division in office buildings, hotels, shopping malls, and residential buildings.

The U-shaped keel serves as the load-bearing keel (main keel) and is combined with the C-shaped keel (cladding keel/auxiliary keel) to form the suspension skeleton of the ceiling.
