Introduction and Working Principle:
The device adopts a double-layer structure, integrating two independent molding systems on one rack. Each forming layer has its own independent roller station and cutting system, which can work independently or collaboratively.
The basic workflow is as follows:
1.Automatic feeding: The metal coil is placed on the unwinding machine and automatically fed into the equipment.
2.Roll forming: Metal sheet enters the upper or lower forming station according to the set path, and is gradually cold-formed by a series of precision arranged rollers to form the target plate shape (such as trapezoidal plate, corrugated plate, etc.).
