Angle steel forming machine is an efficient automation equipment based on cold bending forming process. It is no longer a simple “bending”, but a fully continuous process of unwinding, servo feeding, hydraulic punching, multi pass flexible roll cold bending, and hydraulic cutting to length, which processes cold-rolled, hot-dip galvanized, or high-strength steel coils into equal or unequal angle steel that meets national standards in one go.

The cost of changing specifications in traditional hot rolling is high, while we use combination roller quick change technology or shared roller adjustment design, which only takes 20-40 minutes to change specifications. Some models even do not require roller replacement, and can achieve the production of angle steel with different edge widths under the same thickness with just one click adjustment. Multiple varieties and small batch orders can be easily handled.

2. Composite processing, forming finished products in one go
The equipment comes standard with an online hydraulic punching and cutting system. Before cold bending, the punching of positioning holes can be completed according to the drawing requirements. Whether it is the bolt holes for auto parts or the connecting long holes for power towers, there is no need for offline secondary drilling, and the finished product is cut with an accuracy of up to ± 0.5mm, completely eliminating secondary transportation and labor costs.

3. Cost reduction and efficiency improvement, with almost zero material loss
Using continuous production of coil materials, the material utilization rate can reach over 99%, far exceeding the segmented cutting mode of shearing and bending.
