The equipment integrates a PLC control system with a touch screen interface, supporting parameter presetting, fixed-length cutting, and self-diagnosis of faults. It achieves fully automated operation from material feeding, leveling, forming to cutting, minimizing manual intervention.

The multi-pass rolling system (typically 18 passes or more) employs rollers precision-turned from heat-treated bearing steel (hardness HRC 58°-60°), ensuring stable profile dimensions, smooth cross-sections free of stress concentrations, and length precision within ±2mm.

3.The material has strong adaptability
It can process galvanized steel coils or pre-painted coils with a thickness of 1.5-3mm and a width of up to 1500mm, suitable for commonly used container plates such as SPA-H and SM490A, meeting various strength and weather resistance requirements.

4.Modular and Customized Design
Depending on the customer’s requirements for beam types (such as C-shaped, U-shaped, or I-beam) and their intended uses, the roller assembly configuration can be flexibly adjusted. This supports rapid mold changeover for non-standard parts, enabling adaptation to scenarios involving multiple small-batch varieties or large-scale production of single products.
