The primary distinction between heavy-duty models and standard C-type steel machines lies in “stability” and “thickness.” To counteract the immense counteracting forces generated by thick plate processing, such equipment typically employs the following reinforcement designs:

1.Superior Frame Structure:
Standard models may use ordinary steel plates for welding, whereas heavy-duty machines often employ thick-walled square tubes or large H-beams (such as 350mm or even 450mm and above) that undergo full annealing treatment as main vertical columns. The side plate thickness can reach 25mm-30mm, effectively preventing body deformation.
2.High-Power Drive System:
To address the challenge of significant resistance in thick plate forming, the main motor power typically exceeds 18.5kW to 22kW. Some ultra-heavy-duty equipment is even equipped with dual-motor drives, paired with heavy-duty gear reducers, ensuring low-speed high-torque output to prevent machine jamming.
3.High-Precision Rollers and Transmission:
The core rollers are forged from GCr15 bearing steel, undergo quenching and tempering, and are chrome-plated for high hardness and wear resistance. The transmission system primarily employs large-pitch chains or high-precision gearboxes, with main shaft diameters typically exceeding φ75mm-φ80mm to ensure coaxiality during long-term operation.
4.Hydraulic Servo Cutting:
Heavy-duty sheet metal cutting requires greater shearing force, thus equipped with an independent high-power hydraulic station (sometimes up to 11kW-15kW), utilizing hydraulic tracking shearing or flying saw cutting for smooth, burr-free cuts.

used for producing roof and wall purlins for large-span steel structure buildings, with strong ability to withstand wind and snow loads.
• Photovoltaic bracket system:
Especially for large fixed brackets or tracking brackets of ground power stations, C-shaped steel is required to have extremely high bending resistance.
• High rise steel structure buildings:
As secondary structural load-bearing components, they replace some hot-rolled steel to reduce the overall weight of the building.
• Heavy duty shelving and logistics equipment:
Manufacturing storage shelving columns and beams with large load-bearing capacity.
