1. Revolutionary “one machine dual type” design

Through clever design of the roll structure, C-shaped steel and Z-shaped steel can share most of the roll sets, and only need to change the direction or position of the key forming rolls to produce two completely different cross-sections on the same line. 2. Electric/hydraulic seamless quick adjustment, specifications can be switched in seconds
Change the traditional cumbersome adjustment method of adding gaskets and spacers, and adopt a fully automatic motor-driven or hydraulic rod adjustment system. The operator inputs the target specification (such as C200 × 70 × 20 × 2.5), and the rolling mill group automatically moves to the corresponding width and height position without the need for manual disassembly of the frame. The changeover time has been significantly reduced from a few hours in the past to 3-5 minutes, achieving truly flexible production of small batches and multiple varieties.

3. Online punching, one-time molding
The equipment integrates high-strength hydraulic or servo punching units, which can accurately punch elliptical holes, circular holes, connecting holes, etc. on the purlin web and flange. The hole spacing is tracked by a servo motor to track the speed of the sheet metal, ensuring precise “flying punching” during high-speed operation, completely eliminating the need for subsequent manual drilling or secondary processing by punching machines.

4. Intelligent CNC, foolproof operation
Equipped with a graphical human-machine interface and a rich library of purlin specifications and parameters. Workers only need to select the board type, input the length and quantity, and the machine can automatically calculate the position of each axis and quickly position it. Some high-end models also support data integration with steel structure deepening software (such as Tekla) to directly read processing lists and achieve production without drawings.

5. Hard and sturdy, durable and long-lasting
The host rack is made of thickened steel plates welded and annealed as a whole to eliminate internal stress and never deform. The rolling mill is made of high-quality alloy steel, finely crafted by CNC machining center, and then quenched and surface plated with hard chromium. It has high hardness, wear resistance, and smooth surface, ensuring that the finished purlin is straight and does not scratch zinc.
