The equipment integrates automatic feeding, feeding, forming, cutting, punching, folding, embossing and other processes, supporting continuous operation. Some models can achieve 24-hour uninterrupted operation, greatly improving production capacity.

Using PLC programmable control system, touch screen human-machine interface and photoelectric positioning device, ensure that each board has consistent size, splicing gap is less than 1mm, and the surface is flat without deformation. Key components such as the spindle and rollers are made of GCr12MoV high hardness alloy steel and undergo heat treatment to extend their service life.
