Capable of processing carbon steel, galvanized steel, stainless steel and other sheet materials with a thickness of 0.5-6mm, supporting customization of U-shaped profiles with a width of 80-500mm and a groove depth of 20-150mm; Quick mold replacement, specification switching can be completed within 30 minutes, suitable for small batch production of multiple varieties.
4.Stable, durable, and low energy consumption
The machine base is welded with I-beams and undergoes stress relief treatment. The main shaft and roller shaft are quenched and tempered, ensuring stable and wear-resistant operation of the entire machine; Chain transmission and cycloidal pinwheel reducer ensure power transmission efficiency and lower energy consumption than traditional machining methods.
