The Automatic Floor Decking Roll Forming Machine, also known as the profiled steel plate production line, is an automated equipment that continuously rolls galvanized steel plates or color steel plates into specific cross-sectional shapes through cold bending forming process. The floor decks produced by it are mainly used as permanent templates in construction, forming a composite floor structure together with the concrete poured on site.
The core process of this equipment includes: feeding → leveling → guiding → continuous cold bending forming → fixed length cutting → material receiving. The flat steel plate is gradually cold-formed into the designed plate shape through more than ten or even dozens of precision arranged rollers. The continuous strip after forming is precisely measured for length by the PLC control system, and after reaching the set length, it is automatically cut by hydraulic cutting or flying saw.
