ZTRFM automatic floor deck roll forming machines convert galvanized steel coils into open, dovetail or closed floor decking profiles through continuous cold roll forming. A typical line combines decoiling, guiding, multi-stage forming, PLC-controlled length measurement, hydraulic cutting and material receiving.
The machine is configured around the buyer’s deck profile drawing, coil material, thickness, effective width, production speed and electrical standard. For the configuration shown on this page, the stated processing range is 0.4–1.2 mm galvanized steel, with forming speeds up to 20 m/min. Final parameters should be confirmed against the approved profile drawing before production.

Open Floor Deck
Open floor deck profiles are widely used as permanent formwork in industrial buildings, warehouses and multi-story steel structures. Available profiles can include YXB76-305-915, YXB51-305-915, YXB75-200-600, YXB50-250-750 and YXB35-125-750, subject to drawing confirmation.

Dovetail Floor Deck
Dovetail or narrow-rib floor decking uses a narrowed opening to improve the mechanical bond with concrete. Typical profiles include YXB51-200-600. The roll design and forming stations are engineered according to the required cross-section and material behaviour.

Closed Floor Deck
Closed floor deck profiles provide a flatter underside and can reduce concrete consumption depending on the structural design. Typical profiles include YXB65-185-555, YXB66-240-720, YXB65-170-510, YXB46-200-600 and YXB40-185-740.

Production Line Components and Workflow
The production process follows six main steps: coil loading, decoiling, guiding and levelling, progressive roll forming, PLC length measurement, and automatic cutting. Optional equipment can include a hydraulic decoiler, servo feeding, embossing, flying cutting and automatic stacking. Each option should be selected according to profile complexity, target output and labour requirements.
