The Drywall Keel Steel C Channel Roll Forming Machine is an automated production line specifically designed for the continuous production of C-shaped cross-section light steel keels. The entire line typically consists of a hydraulic uncoiling and unloading rack, a precision leveling device, a servo feeding and punching system, a multi-pass cold bending forming unit, a hydraulic tracking and cutting device, and a PLC electrical control system. Simply feed the galvanized steel strip coil into the equipment, and the entire production process from strip steel to finished keel will be completed automatically, producing various C-shaped cross-section products such as top and bottom keels and vertical keels.

 

The equipment is suitable for galvanized steel strips with widths of 40mm–150mm and thicknesses of 0.3mm–1.2mm, covering common 50 series, 75 series, and 100 series light steel keels for construction. A single line can achieve a daily output of tens of thousands of meters, making it an ideal choice for light steel keel building material manufacturers, prefabricated housing companies, and decoration suppliers.

1.High-Precision Forming, Uniform Dimensions

The rolls are made of high-quality alloy steel, precision machined by CNC, and heat-treated for high hardness and wear resistance. A multi-pass progressive forming process ensures precise keel cross-sectional dimensions, straight flanges, and consistent flange height, resulting in a tight fit during assembly and effectively improving wall flatness and overall strength.

2.Intelligent Control, One-Click Model Change

Equipped with an industrial-grade PLC touchscreen control system, it can pre-store production parameters for various keel specifications. When switching between different series such as 50, 75, and 100, a single click on the screen automatically adjusts the roll spacing or quickly changes the mold. Operators can learn to operate the system quickly after a short training period, significantly reducing reliance on manual experience.

 

3.High-Speed, Stable, and Durable:
The machine body features an integral welded structure, treated with stress-relief annealing, ensuring stable operation and no deformation during high-frequency continuous operation. Forming speeds can reach 15–25 meters per minute. Combined with an automatic stacking device, continuous operation is possible, easily exceeding 8000–12000 meters of finished keel per day, far surpassing the capacity of semi-automatic equipment.

 

4.Flexible and Versatile:
By changing the roller assembly or quickly adjusting the forming unit, the same machine can produce keels with different cross-sections such as C-shaped and U-shaped. It can produce edge keels, central vertical keels, and even special cross-sections such as web-reinforced keels, offering versatility to handle diverse construction site orders.
