1. Regular cross-section and precise dimensions
Although the U-shaped keel has a simple structure, indicators such as slot width, flange height, and straightness directly affect the fitting effect with the vertical keel. This equipment uses high-precision rollers and heavy-duty frames to ensure that the U-shaped keel groove after forming is flat, the height of the flanges on both sides is consistent, and the straightness error per meter is controlled within ± 0.5mm, achieving a “tight fit” with the vertical keel for insertion and matching.
2. Roller exchange, one machine with multiple types
By quickly replacing the roller set or adjusting the roller gap, one main machine can produce various specifications of U-shaped keels. From small specifications with a width of 28mm to large keels with a width of 150mm, they can all be produced on the same equipment, flexibly responding to the order requirements of different construction sites and reducing equipment investment costs.
